This piece is an exploration in materials and texture.  As a mural artist, I am often onsite during the construction process.  This piece takes the everyday materials I am surrounded by (concrete, paint etc) and reimagins and elevates them into an artform.  It is created with extremely lightweight concrete plaster (for easy hanging) to evoke a gritty industrial tone, while finding beauty in the everyday objects that surround us.  

With my hand painted pieces, each nuance of brushwork, texture and technique is visible on the canvas surface. The line is up to par with the art found in modern galleries, but available in custom sizes to perfectly fit any space.  As each piece is custom made, individual paintings may vary slightly.
